Eaton, 45, was charged with domestic violence after officers responded to a 15000 block East Liverpool Road home at 9:08 p.m. Calvin Michael, no age or address listed, was cited for license platel ight and no driver’s license following a traffic stop on state Route 170 at 2:38 a.m. Jonathan Rockhold, 47, no address listed, was charged with possessing drug abuse instruments and arrested on an active warrant out of East Liverpool Municipal Court following a traffic stop on St. Tuesday someone had drawn obscene objects on his son’s vehicle while it was parked at the school the previous day. The father of a Beaver Local High School student reported at 8:17 a.m. The officer was unable to make out the vehicle in a dash cam video of the incident provided by a witness.

Tuesday in reference to a two-vehicle crash in which a driver turned left into the path of an eastbound vehicle then fled the scene. Police responded to the 15000 block of state Route 170 at 7:34 p.m. Wednesday where he was allegedly refusing to pay for a cab ride. Dulaney, 19, no address listed, was charged with falsification after giving officers a false name, age and birthday multiple times after they responded to the 15000 block of Annesley Road at 12:44 p.m. Wednesday where she allegedly failed to scan $627.33 worth of merchandise at the self checkout register. Alyssa McKeel McHenry, 27, no address listed, was charged with petty theft after officers responded to a Dresden Avenue business at 6:49 p.m. The woman was ultimately transported to the East Liverpool hospital for evaluation. Wednesday in reference to a woman suffering from mental issues possibly made worse by drug abuse. When asked about the unknown person who knocked on the door and claimed to have car trouble, both Abraham and Weikart said the case remains under investigation.- Police responded to the 16000 block of Irish Ridge Road at 12:07 p.m. Michael Blower’s wife Amanda produced the firearm that Michael admitted to using to cause the death of Rusty Steele.”Ībraham explained that the victim had children with Blower’s wife. Michael Blower later came to the station and confessed to shooting Rusty Steele. Michael Blower was provided a ride to Lisbon where he confronted and shot Rusty Steele.

The affidavit filed in court said “the investigation revealed that Michael Blower and Rusty Steele had been arguing over the phone throughout the evening. Multiple witnesses reported hearing one gunshot. Two people were seen fleeing the scene, with Abraham saying the theory was that they had a car stashed on another street and left. Abraham said the victim was able to get out of the vehicle, but then fell to the ground. That’s when he was approached by a person he knew, later identified as Blower, who shot him while he was still seated in the vehicle. Steele was lured out of the house when someone knocked on the door and said their car broke down and wanted to know if he could give them a jump.”Ībraham said the victim did not know the person but went out to his own vehicle, a Cadillac SUV, and started it up. Officers administered CPR, but Steele was pronounced dead at the scene.Īccording to Abraham, officers “learned Mr. Friday of shots fired in the 200 block of West Spruce Street and when officers arrived, they found a male shot, facedown in the street, with a single gunshot wound to the chest. The Lisbon Police Department received a call at 10:32 p.m. Steele, 40, resided on Harvey Avenue, Lisbon, but was visiting his girlfriend at the West Spruce Street residence when the incident occurred. She told Blower the charge against him carries a possible penalty of 15 years to life in prison. Spruce St., Lisbon and any and all residents of that house, including minors Weikart planned to note in a separate entry.
